A Note on the Randomness inDynamic Threshold
In dynamic threshold schemes the dealer is able (after a preprocessing stage) to allow sets of participants of a given cardinality to reconstruct diierent secrets (in diierent time instants) by sending them the same broadcast message. In this paper we provide a tight lower bound on the number of random bits needed by the dealer to set up a dynamic threshold scheme.

Note on curve and surface energies
Energies of curves and surfaces together with their discrete variants play a prominent role as fairness functionals in geometric modeling and computer aided geometric design. This paper deals with a particular discrete surface energy which is expressible in terms of curve energies, and which occurs naturally in the problem of smoothing digital elevation data with tolerance zone constraints. We ...
A Note on Threshold Schemes with Disenrollment
Blakley, Blakley, Chan and Massey conjectured a lower bound on the entropy of public broadcast in a threshold scheme with disenrollment capability. In this paper, we first show that the conjecture need not be true in general. Then we establish a tight lower bound on the entropy of public information by introducing one property to the definition of threshold schemes with disenrollment. We also p...
Threshold Effects in Sticky Information Philips Curve: Evidence from Iran
During the last decade, several studies have argued that sticky information model proposed by Mankiw and Reis (2002), in which firms update their information occasionally rather than instantaneously, explains some stylized facts about the inflation dynamics. Sticky information pricing model successfully captures the sluggish movement of aggregate prices in response to monetary policy shocks. De...
